I’m going to bet on everything I’m watching this weekend. All the odds are from Sky Bet.

Boxing: Devon Alexander to beat Marcos Maidana on points (10 rounds) - £50 at 5/6 (Returns £91.67)
Boxing: Adrien Broner to beat Eloy Perez by stoppage (any method) - £100 at 8/11 (Returns £172.73)
Football: Arsenal and Tottenham to draw - £50 at 23/10 (Returns £165)
Football: Napoli to beat Inter Milan - £50 at 5/6 (Returns £91.67)

Current balance: £750

My record with football betting is horrendous. It’s almost like I know nothing about the sport.

You bet on Fernando Torres to score an actual goal, are you mad? You’d have been better off going for Petr Cech.
Anyway that fruitless venture leaves my balance on £520.

I can’t find any odds on this, but I want to stick all my money on Swansea getting relegated. You know how there’s always a team that gets sucked in, yeah I’m going for them.

Don’t want them to go down & my head is telling me they’ll stay up. Just got an itchy twinkling that staying up won’t be such a foregone conclusion for them.

If someone can find me some odds, I’ll stick my virtual £1,000 on it.

Not a gambling expert by any stretch of the imagination but I think this means they’re 80/1 to go down.

I don’t think it’s a good shout to be honest, I know Swansea are in free fall, but they’re 10 points clear of Bolton, and 11 clear of Blackburn. Even if Swansea lost every single game for the rest of the season, I still don’t think either Bolton or Blackburn will catch them. Blackburn go away to Swansea tomorrow, in 24 hours Swansea could be near enough mathematically safe.

However I do agree that a side will get sucked in, I think Villa is a better option. They’ve still got some tough games to go, including at OT on Sunday, and only 2 league wins in 2012 so far.

I don’t think it’s a good shout either, and Villa are probably more likely. Just got a weird feeling that it’ll be a lot closer for Swansea than people expect. It’s just a little nagging voice in my head telling me to take a punt, probably won’t take an actual punt, but I’ve literally got nothing to lose doing it on here, so ho hum.
