SO I figure that a lot of us having new years resolutions that in some way shape or form relate to getting fitter. A single thread where we can keep track of how each other is going might serve as a motivational tool for each of us. It’s worked well on another site, between myself and the other 2 administrators when we all three got rather overweight.
I’ve started some pre-season training today. Went for an 8km ride on the pushbike (completed in 22mins) and spent about 45mins doing some yoga and stretching when I got home. I can definitely feel that I’ve not done anything in a while…normally I’d ride double that distance and feel the way I did when I got home :S
So…how are you going with your training/fitness/losing weight etc?
