1) There is “evidence” about eating breakfast to avoid going into “starvation mode”..... but you can skip breakfast and still eat healthily. The time in between meals is far less important than the quality and quantity of the meals themselves.
2) If you are changing your exercise and dietary habits then try to adopt long-term sustainable routines rather than adhering to an extreme regime for six months before giving up.
3) Ditch your fat friends and relatives. They are a bad influence and are likely to tempt you back to the dark side.
