Almost Saturday
15 July 2011And as the new Ramble season approaches at a rate of knots - here’s another PETE FC. Enchanting, confusing - and sometimes hard to look at. Bit like the Sun, really.
This is Pete's very own part of the site, where he brings you videos he's made, his web comic GLOL and all sorts of other bits.

So as the sun sets on another working week, what better way to finish it than with a shufty at all things video gamey. Luffly.
I’m off to watch some crappy tennis today - so here’s a quick cartoon, some videos and the final episode of Bono, The Biggest Dog In The World. BACKHAND! SMASH! FORE!
Easy, rastas! Pete here, just a few more weeks and those ruddy-cheeked roustabouts from the Ramble will be back. In the meantime, let’s have a shufty at some videos and that. Bono, the biggest dog in the world is back and there’s a goalkeeper going loopy with a fire extinguisher. What’s not to love?
This week on PeteFC, we see possibly the worst chipped penalty since the dawn of soccerball, we meet a massive dog called Bono, and Kasey Keller’s beaten by a beauty.
All the other Ramblers have all gone home, and Pete - like some sorcerer’s apprentice, has to toil in the PETE FC dungeon. Because he wrote some cheques his tiny posterior couldn’t hope to cash.
Pete sings a song about Kentish Town, and Sepp is just Sepp in GLOL.
In GLOL Pete has another crack at Jon Parkin, even though he’s not even half the man Jon is (in so many ways.) Oh, and our diminuitive Northerner’s also made a video about Frank Butcher. So have one. A butchers, we mean.
Pete gives the rundown on the latest gamey releases, and a man licks his own shoe to bits.
This week on Ramble Extra, Pete’s on hosting duties in Marcus’ abscence - and we’re looking at players who proper fancy themselves. Of which there are many.
